Carine joined Pacific in September 2021 as a Executive Search Associate based in our London office. Carine was quickly promoted from Executive Search Associate to Client Delivery Manager due to her ability to understand and deliver on client needs.
Carine was born and raised in Lebanon where she graduated with a degree in Architecture. Prior to joining our firm, Carine had experience working in the field of architecture within a small company where she was client facing and heavily involved in project management and negotiating on bids and other infrastructure activities. She has also worked as a freelance architect.
Carine relocated to the UK in 2018 to pursue a Masters’ degree at the University of Sheffield in Cities and Global Development. These studies have grown her interest in helping companies meet and exceed their sustainability and de-carbonization challenges through strategic talent acquisition.
