The organization needed a unique profile with a background in talent acquisition and also demonstrable experiences advancing a DE&I program at scale. Given the visibility and scope of role, the ideal candidate would have the capability be the future Global Talent Director for the firm.
Pacific had successfully delivered for this client in several different leadership areas across the U.S and Europe, including key Human Resources leadership. This led the client to engaged Pacific to identify “a unicorn” candidate after internal resources and networks ran dry.
Using our legacy of knowledge and networks, Pacific was able to target organizations that were running advanced DE&I programs to identify and present a robust and diverse shortlist. This shortlist was successfully delivered with 6 weeks.
The project was successfully completed with a diverse female candidate who was headhunted with a back strong Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and strategy consulting background.
She was identified, interviewed and accepted position in less than 3 months. Pacific has since worked with this female leader to further support the DE&I program with key leadership hires pipelined in the coming months.
