Having spent three years at a boutique Executive Search Firm in London, UK where she specialized in commercial disciplines, Kathryn joined Pacific in 2018 as a Global Account Manager, working across our UK and US client base.
Now Group Director and Head of Delivery, Americas, Kathryn has been delivering high caliber professionals for world-leading organizations in Professional Services and Industrial Sectors and is engaged with C-level executives daily to advise and support their Human Capital strategies.
Holding an International Business degree from the University of Sussex (UK), Kathryn has been using her academic ability to help build and grow the North America division and is now permanently based in our Philadelphia office.
