A global brand at the forefront of solar innovation retained Pacific International to deliver a search within their International Training and Sales function to meet the demands of the growing customer base across EMEA.
The business required a well experienced candidate with the technical ability to demonstrate, coach and collaborate with customers across the EMEA region and be fluent in multiple languages whilst possessing a natural approach to promoting the sale of a premium, high-quality product. Due to the demand in the market for this skillset, it required a targeted and swift approach to the search.
This was Pacific’s first engagement with this client, so it was critical for us to engage in a full briefing meeting and strategy session with all the key stakeholders to provide advice on the market and the pre-search mapping our team carried out.
Utilizing native language capabilities (German, Dutch and English) within our team at Pacific we approached our existing network in the renewable energy sector and made active headhunt approaches. This delivered the client a fully qualified, video interviewed shortlist 10 Days from the intake meeting.
The mandate was successfully completed making the initial introduction within 6 weeks to align with the client’s timelines to have individual identified. Based on the commercial exposure, technical capability, and entrepreneurial mindset he was the right profile for this growing firm. Following the success of the search, Pacific were mandated to continue supporting the VP, Global Sales and Marketing with two additional global leadership positions.
