Rupert joined Pacific in 2017 and was quickly promoted from Executive Search Associate to Client Delivery Manager due to his ability to understand and deliver on client needs.
He now leads our key practice areas in the Renewable Energy & Cleantech sector, and is responsible for engaging new clients and delivering projects across the UK, EU, DACH & APAC.
Successful talent acquisition programmes include delivering leaders for major brands and consultancy organisations within the Renewable Energy & Cleantech sector. Rupert is always eager to support organisations on challenging new positions where he can advise on the organisational structure.
As an accomplished Executive Search Partner, Rupert brings a proven track record of building diverse and transformational senior leadership teams for clients in the Renewable Energy and Clean Technology sectors globally.
In addition to Talent Acquisition services, he partners with fast-growing scale-up organisations, up to Fortune 500 energy technology market leaders, and work with C-Suite & VP level executives to advise them on talent strategy, market expansion, succession planning & confidential search mandates.
In recognition of his continued achievements, Rupert became the first Associate Director at Pacific in July 2023.
