Duván joined Pacific International in September 2022 as an Executive Search Associate in our Düsseldorf office.
He’s originally from Colombia and lived in London for seven years where he graduated from the University of Greenwich with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations Studies: Language & Culture.
In 2014 he then moved to Germany and worked as an team assistant within the renewable energy industry sector for a German company with assets in Italy, Spain, France and Germany where he contributed mainly towards the coordination and monitoring of Spanish solar projects as well with supporting the team’s international hiring plans. Duván is fluent in both Spanish and English and has some knowledge of French, Italian and German.
Thanks to his tenacity and perseverance he has been instrumental in the success of several challenging projects and quickly took on extra responsibility which led to his promotion to Executive Search Consultant in early 2024.
