Wiktoria joined Pacific International Executive Search in December 2025 as an Executive Search Associate in the London office, bringing experience in marketing and data administration within the higher education sector.
Prior to joining Pacific, she developed strong research and analytical skills, supporting data driven decision making alongside stakeholder engagement and communications initiatives. Her experience includes creating and supporting engagement and fundraising campaigns and events, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver effective outreach and meaningful engagement.
At Pacific International, Wiktoria leverages her data driven mindset and passion for people focused roles to support clients in identifying and engaging high impact leadership talent. She is excited to deepen her understanding of executive search, further develop her research capabilities, and build long term relationships while aligning with Pacific’s commitment to diverse and inclusive hiring to deliver lasting value for clients and candidates alike.
Wiktoria graduated with a BA Hons in Politics and International Relations, with a Diploma in Professional Studies, from Loughborough University.
