At Pacific International Executive Search, Samantha leads our People & Culture strategy, focusing on developing our consultants into exceptional executive search professionals who deliver lasting value to our clients while relishing fulfilling, purpose-driven careers. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, retention, learning and development, and cultural engagement, having previously grown organisations by over 60%, introduced award-winning people initiatives, and driven exceptionally low attrition through progressive career development programmes.
