Emily joined Pacific International’s Philadelphia office in 2026 as an Executive Search Associate, having graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Human Relations Administration.
Working closely with clients and candidates throughout the search process, Emily supports the identification, assessment and engagement of exceptional leadership talent. She is passionate about helping organizations build high-performing teams by connecting them with professionals whose experience, capabilities and values align with their strategic objectives.
