Celia joined Pacific International in 2026 as an Executive Search Associate, following her graduation from Temple University, where she earned a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Communication Studies.
As part of Pacific’s executive search team, Celia supports clients in identifying and attracting high-calibre leadership talent. She takes a thoughtful and research-driven approach to candidate engagement, focusing on understanding the experience, motivations and long-term career aspirations of executives to ensure strong alignment between candidates and organizational needs.
