Adam Nuzie

Adam has dedicated his entire career to Talent Acquisition, initially gaining valuable insights in his role within HR transformation, before transitioning to senior-level executive search. As the first hire for Pacific in the Americas, he played a pivotal role in not only building the business but also shaping it into what it is today. Adam is now the Group Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director, Americas, based in Philadelphia, PA. Under his leadership, the office has grown into a formidable force, with a 20+ strong team becoming a go-to Trusted Partner to many global and fast-growing smaller organizations.

Adam’s strategic vision and expertise have been instrumental in positioning Pacific as a leader in executive search. He has successfully matched talented leaders with high-growth-focused organizations including many Fortune 500 companies, contributing significantly to building high-impact leadership teams. With a track record of executing hundreds of senior leadership search mandates that have transformed businesses, his achievements in this field have earned him recognition, and he now speaks regularly to C-suite and board members, advising on talent strategies to achieve business growth.

His focus remains on cultivating lasting relationships with Pacific’s expanding portfolio of client organizations, mentoring, and developing the team into trusted executive search advisors, all while championing diversity and inclusion for every client engagement.

In his spare time, Adam is devoted to his young family, the most important aspect of his life. Together, they stay active playing sports and pursuing their passion for the outdoors. Occasionally, Adam finds time to play basketball and soccer, as well as cheer for the NY Jets.
