Pacific was retained by a world leading capital equipment provider in the semiconductor industry with its largest US Factory in the Northeast. Having placed their Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, we were then asked to build out his Lean team.
The organization has doubled in size over the past five years, and is now investing in operational excellence and looking for Lean Change Agents. The client needed strong lean professionals with a track record in coaching and training team members of all different levels.
Utilizing our knowledge of the market, as well as market research and mapping, we were able to place two strong candidates into the position, both with had experience of implementing lean tools and methodologies to diverse teams.
These candidates were extremely skilled in Continuous Improvement and engineering, as well as having strong people skills and coaching skills cross functionally.
Both candidates accepted the offer and joined the clients organization. They were extremely motivational and hit the ground running. Following this successful talent search, Pacific has been retained on multiple additional Lean Change Agent positions.
