Arsa joined Pacific International’s Düsseldorf office team in July 2026 as an Executive Search Associate, bringing an international outlook and a background in communications, research, and stakeholder engagement.
Originally from Albania, she recently completed a Master’s degree in Global Communication and Politics at the Universität Erfurt, building on her expertise in strategic communication and global affairs. Her career spans corporate communications, research, journalism, and public relations. Most recently, she worked as a Corporate Communication Specialist, driving internal and external communication initiatives, and as a Student Research Assistant at Universität Erfurt, where she developed strong analytical, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Arsa pairs this communications expertise with a genuine drive to connect people and ideas across cultures, a mindset she now brings to helping clients find and engage exceptional talent. Fluency in Albanian and English, and working proficiency in German and Italian, will enable her to build strong candidate relationships and to facilitate the development of referral networks, which are critical in executive search.
