Pacific International is pleased to announce that Tony Milando has joined our Advisory Board, following its formation earlier this year. He joins existing members Bjarne Sandager Nielsen, Sameer Pagnis and Eric Alström.
Pacific’s Advisory Board brings together accomplished industry leaders whose strategic insight directly enhances the success of our clients’ C-suite and executive appointments. Their deep operational expertise and decades of senior leadership experience, combined with Pacific’s proven executive search methodology, provide clients with a powerful advantage in identifying high-impact leaders while significantly reducing the risks associated with critical executive hiring decisions.
Tony Milando is a highly accomplished C-suite executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across industrial, consumer and technology-enabled sectors. His career includes senior leadership roles at Xylem, Black & Decker and Stanley Black & Decker, where he shaped global operations, supply chain strategy, M&A integration and organisational transformation.
Tony’s background includes leading major integrations, such as the Stanley–Black & Decker merger that generated more than $500M in annual cost synergies, and Xylem’s $7.5B acquisition of Evoqua Water Technologies. He also serves on the Board of GBMC HealthCare and advises Assert AI.
On joining the Pacific’s Advisory Board, Tony commented,
“I’ve learned that real leadership isn’t just about strategy; it’s about resonance. When leaders connect meaningfully with their teams, they create trust, clarity, and forward momentum. Success, in my experience, comes from surrounding yourself with people who consistently deliver on their commitments, people with a strong say-do ratio that builds credibility across the organization. I’m excited to bring this perspective, along with my experience shaping high-performing cultures, to the Advisory Board at Pacific International and to work with a team that truly shares these values.”
Adam Nuzie, Chief Commercial Officer at Pacific International, added:
“Tony’s experience in global operations, water technology, and large-scale integration strengthens the strategic insight we provide to clients navigating their most complex leadership challenges. His appointment enhances our ability to identify and assess transformational executives for mission-critical C-suite roles.”
Manuel Preg, Group Director and Managing Director, Germany, at Pacific International, shared:
“As leadership demands evolve, our clients rely on us not only for exceptional executive search capabilities but also for strategic guidance. Tony’s operational depth and board-level perspective further elevate the value our Advisory Board brings as a trusted partner in global leadership advisory.”
