Manuel, an accomplished executive search and leadership advisory professional, has been a trusted partner for Management Boards and Leadership Teams, aligning people with strategy throughout his career. Commencing his journey in executive search in 2014, he has amassed a decade of in-depth experience in driving organizational change and success through effective talent management and diverse acquisition strategies. His expertise spans leadership roles up to C-Suite appointments.

Initially joining Pacific at the UK Headquarters, Manuel later established Pacificโ€™s first office in mainland Europe. Growing up in the heart of the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and having lived and worked in five countries, Manuel possesses a keen understanding of regional and cultural variations. Adopting a customized approach to each search, he began with a focus on the Automotive & Aerospace sector and now operates industry-agnostic, with a broad Senior Management and Board focus. Manuel assists listed, family- and PE-owned companies, as well as DAX blue-chip companies and FTSE 100 leaders.

Presently, Manuel serves as a Global Director and the Managing Director, Germany, based in Dรผsseldorf. Under his guidance, the German office led Pacificโ€™s global way, emerging as the inaugural branch exclusively dedicated to retained search partnerships. This initiative significantly elevated client and candidate experiences while supporting Pacificโ€™s and Manuelโ€™s mission to more effectively integrate DE&I into all talent acquisition processes.

With a track record of creating value-add solutions for several hundred human capital requirements in 25+ countries, Manuel specializes in cross-border/culture searches. He has become the go-to partner and brand ambassador for many organizations undergoing change and transformation. One constant in Manuelโ€™s journey is his passion and commitment to continuous improvement across the project lifecycle. This is achieved through a client-centric approach and by motivating and inspiring his peers and clients to think outside the box.

Manuel holds a degree in International Business Administration from the University of Kufstein (Austria). In 2013, he participated in a yearlong exchange program with Stetson University (United States) and is a native German speaker with fluency in English.
