To deliver on its sustainability goals, the company was looking to recruit a Lean Manager who would develop best practices and systems for a crucial North American manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate needed to have strong lean methodology credentials, experience building lean processes from scratch, and implementing transformational lean manufacturing programs.
