Caroline graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Sales Certificate, building a strong foundation in relationship management, communication, and strategic problem-solving.
She joined Pacific International’s Philadelphia office in 2023 as an Executive Search Associate, drawn to the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with a people-first approach to executive search. Through her commitment to excellence and ability to build trusted relationships, Caroline progressed to Executive Search Consultant and later Client Delivery Manager. During her time in delivery, she successfully placed many senior business leaders across a range of industries, with several candidates going on to become long-term clients of the firm.
Today, Caroline serves as Global Talent Acquisition Manager, leading Pacific International’s efforts to attract, engage, and develop exceptional talent across the business. Drawing on her firsthand experience in executive search and client delivery, she brings a unique perspective to identifying individuals who will thrive at Pacific. Caroline plays a key role in recruiting and onboarding new team members, helping to build a high-performing global team that reflects the firm’s values, culture, and long-term vision.
