Lily graduated from Temple University in 2021 with a degree in Public Relations. Shortly after, she began her career as an executive recruiter; a job in which she felt she could best apply her people skills in a professional capacity.
Lily is driven by being able to match people with their dream jobs as a Executive Search Associate. She thrives as part of a small and interconnected team in a culturally diverse environment such as Pacific.
